- Hotels and accommodation providers — for booking purposes only
- Insurance companies — to process pre-authorisation, direct billing and claims on your behalf
- Singapore immigration authorities — where required for visa processing

1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of V.MED Singapore Medical Concierge services, operated by Victory Travel Pte Ltd (UEN: 199501042K), STB Licence No. 00959, registered at 181 Kitchener Road, #1-25, Singapore ("V.MED", "we", "us", "our").
By engaging our services, contacting us via WhatsApp, email or our website, or making any payment to us, you ("Client", "Patient", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
IMPORTANT: V.MED is a medical travel concierge and facilitation service. We are NOT a medical provider, hospital, clinic, doctor, or healthcare professional. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
2. Nature of Our Services
V.MED provides the following concierge and facilitation services:
- Identification and recommendation of Singapore hospitals and specialists based on client's stated medical needs
- Appointment booking with Singapore hospital international patient departments
- Medical visa application assistance and documentation support
- Flight booking and travel arrangement
- Hotel and accommodation booking near Singapore hospitals
- Airport pickup and on-ground logistical support in Singapore
- Insurance pre-authorisation assistance and claims documentation support
- Post-treatment follow-up coordination
- General guidance and support throughout the medical travel journey
3. Medical Disclaimer
V.MED expressly disclaims all liability for:
- Any medical advice, diagnosis, prognosis or treatment recommendation
- The quality, standard or outcome of medical treatment received at any hospital or clinic
- Any medical complication, adverse outcome, side effect or death resulting from treatment
- Any misdiagnosis or incorrect treatment by any doctor, specialist or hospital
- Any delay in obtaining medical treatment
- The suitability of any specific hospital, doctor or treatment for your condition
All medical decisions are made solely between you and your treating physicians. V.MED's role is limited to logistical facilitation. You are strongly advised to seek independent medical advice before making any treatment decisions.
4. No Guarantee of Medical Outcomes
V.MED makes no representation, warranty or guarantee regarding:
- The success, effectiveness or outcome of any medical treatment
- The recovery time or prognosis after treatment
- The availability of any specific doctor, specialist or hospital room
- Treatment costs quoted by hospitals (which may change without notice)
- Visa approval by Singapore immigration authorities
- Insurance claim approval or payout by any insurance company
5. Fees and Payment
5.1 Concierge fees
V.MED charges a concierge service fee for facilitation services. Fees will be communicated in writing prior to engagement. All fees are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.
5.2 Third-party costs
Hospital fees, doctor fees, flight costs, hotel costs, visa fees and any other third-party charges are separate from V.MED's concierge fee and are payable directly to the respective service providers. V.MED is not responsible for any changes in third-party pricing.
5.3 Refund policy
V.MED's concierge fee is non-refundable once services have commenced. Where services have not commenced, a refund may be considered at V.MED's discretion. Third-party refunds (flights, hotels, etc.) are subject to the cancellation policies of the respective providers.
5.4 Currency and taxes
All fees are subject to applicable taxes. Clients are responsible for any currency conversion costs or bank charges incurred during payment.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information about your medical condition, personal details and travel requirements
- Inform V.MED of any changes to your medical condition, travel plans or contact details promptly
- Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your planned travel dates
- Obtain all necessary travel documents, including visas (V.MED assists but cannot guarantee visa approval)
- Arrange adequate travel and medical insurance for your trip
- Comply with all Singapore laws, hospital rules and medical facility regulations
- Make all payments to hospitals, doctors and service providers as required
- Inform V.MED immediately of any medical emergency during your stay
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- V.MED's total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the concierge fee paid by you to V.MED
- V.MED shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive or incidental damages
- V.MED shall not be liable for any loss of life, personal injury or medical complications arising from treatment received at any hospital or clinic
- V.MED shall not be liable for acts or omissions of third parties including hospitals, airlines, hotels, visa authorities or insurance companies
- V.MED shall not be liable for any losses arising from force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war or civil unrest
- V.MED shall not be liable for any loss caused by your failure to provide accurate or complete information
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless V.MED, Victory Travel Pte Ltd, its directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of our services
- Your breach of these Terms
- Any inaccurate or misleading information provided by you
- Any claim by a third party relating to medical treatment you received
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
9. Insurance
V.MED strongly recommends that all clients obtain comprehensive travel and medical insurance before travelling to Singapore for treatment. V.MED is not responsible for any uninsured medical costs, repatriation costs or losses arising from inadequate insurance coverage.
Where V.MED assists with insurance pre-authorisation or claims, this is a facilitation service only. V.MED makes no guarantee that any insurance claim will be approved or paid.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all information shared in the course of the service engagement. V.MED will not disclose your medical or personal information to any third party except as required to provide the services or as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the V.MED website including text, graphics, logos and images are the property of Victory Travel Pte Ltd and are protected by Singapore intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written permission.
12. Website Disclaimer
The information on our website is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical, legal or financial advice. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but make no warranty regarding its completeness, accuracy or currency. Hospital fees, procedures and availability referenced on the website are indicative only and subject to change.
13. Third-Party Services
V.MED works with third-party service providers including hospitals, airlines, hotels and insurance companies. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, quality, safety, legality or suitability of any third-party service. Any contracts for third-party services are between you and the third party directly.
14. Cancellation and Termination
Either party may terminate the service engagement by providing written notice. V.MED reserves the right to terminate services immediately if:
- You provide false or misleading information
- You behave in an abusive, threatening or unlawful manner towards our staff
- Payment obligations are not met
- Continuation of services would be illegal or unethical
Upon termination, any outstanding fees for services rendered remain payable.
15. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or our services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be referred to mediation under the Singapore Mediation Centre before any legal proceedings are commenced.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms or our services.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and V.MED with respect to the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings.
19. Amendments
V.MED reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
